Our Story: A Place to Soar on Their Own Wings
At just 12 years old, our founder, Leta—a talented autistic tap dancer—faced exclusion from her dance teachers. They believed her autism meant she was incapable, despite her talent and hard work. In response, Leta founded Autistic Wings Dance Company to create a space where every autistic dancer is welcomed, seen, and celebrated. We've grown from a handful of classes to a vibrant community, providing a safe space for dancers to train for a career or simply dance for the sheer joy of it.
Your partnership will help our dancers keep soaring on their wings, allowing their parents to focus on enjoying their child’s joy and not worrying about how to pay for classes.
Bridging the Gap:
Providing this unique, high-quality instruction comes at a steep cost. Our small class sizes (between 1-4 dancers), two-instructors per class policy, our Dance Studio Individual Education Plan, and individualized attention are vital to our students' success. But those costs are expensive. It costs roughly $289.98 per hour to run our classes. If we passed that cost on to our families, most would be unable to afford dance classes.
For our High Support Needs (Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 3) dancers, a single combo class would cost over $1,255 a month. That’s a staggering amount for families already facing high medical costs and caregiving demands.

Each partnership tier offers unique benefits, from social media shoutouts to prominent branding at our performances and exclusive networking opportunities.

"The First Steps" ($150 a year)
For the small business that wants to make an impact within their budget. Your business will be celebrated with a thank-you shoutout on our social media, receive a window cling, and have your name listed in our performance programs. Your company logo will be included in our digital Annual Partner Showcase.

Includes all the benefits of "The First Steps" tier, plus your logo on our website with a link to your business, a dedicated social media post twice a year, and an invitation for two to our Quarterly Community Partner Mixer.

Includes all the benefits of "The Shuffle" tier. You'll also receive a small ad in our performance programs, prominent logo placement on our "Community Partners" banner at all events, a special mention at the beginning of each performance, and an exclusive guest blog post on our website.

The Grand Jeté ( $3,000 a year)
This tier is for the business that wants to make a truly significant impact. Includes all the benefits of "The Leaping Visionary" tier. You'll also get a half-page ad in our performance programs, an invitation for up to eight employees to our mixers, co-branded social media opportunities, and your company's name in a special thank-you section of our annual report. You will also receive an appearance by Leta at your business or event, complete with a tap board and tap shoes for a mini concert. (Leta is a member of Chloe Arnold's international youth tap company and is mentored by the Emmy-nominated choreographer.)

The Wing Partner ($500/month or $6,000/year)
This top-level tier offers the highest visibility and deepest partnership. Includes all the benefits of "The Grand Jeté" tier. You will receive an invitation for your entire leadership team to a private studio tour, a full-page ad in our performance programs, a chance to book a guest spot on our founder’s podcast, “Leta’s Tap Styles (And My Autistic Life) to discuss your support of Autistic Wings, and recognition as a presenting sponsor on all marketing materials for one of our annual performances.
