If you’ve watched our videos, you’ve seen the sheer joy and artistic magic flowing straight from our studio floor.

Behind every single video and performance is our 15-year-old founder, Leta. She is in the studio six days a week—choreographing, teaching, fundraising, and dancing her heart out to keep this space alive. Leta has stepped back from her own outside training for one beautiful reason: to ensure our community never loses its safe haven. As she puts it, we are here to make sure "our babies don't get depression."

And our "babies" range from 1-year-olds in our Dance with a Friend classes to incredible adult dancers who are returning to the studio to reclaim their art after being forced out of environments that simply weren't built for them.

Autistic Wings is the nation’s only fully neurodivergent-led dance company. We refuse to compromise on safety or accessibility for any age. Traditional dance studios around here already cost $135 a month for classes that aren't built to include us. Because we keep our programs fully accessible and safe for everyone, we don't rely on legacy organizations. We rely on neighbors just like you.
