Give the Gift Of Dance This Holiday Season
This holiday season, help Autistic Wings Dance Company continue to provide the gift of dance to our dancers. Just $55 a month provides one month of tap, jazz, or hip-hop to our teens. Just $45 a month provides a month of classes for one of our preschool students.
Autistic Wings is the brainchild of 14 years old Leta Rundell, an autistic tap dancer with Emmy-Nominated Chloe Arnold's SoleTalk Youth Tap Dance Company. After years of masking and hiding her true self so she could "fit in" at traditional dance studios, Leta decided to create a space where autistic dancers could be themselves.
A place where they don't have to hide their autistic traits. A place where they aren't forced to give hugs to teachers, or to make eye contact. A place that can spot silent seizures, and where dancers never get lectured for not listening during a silent seizure. (True story, Leta once got lectured by a dance teacher because Leta didn't listen to the dance teacher during an active silent seizure.)
Your gift this holiday season will help Autistic Wings continue to provide dance classes for all of our dancers, regardless of their ability to pay. Thank you. And from our family to your, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays..
(Autistic Wings Dance Company is a registered charity and 501(c)3. All donations are tax deductible up to the amount allowed by law.
