The Golden Chrysalises is the pre-professional division of Autistic Wings. Our company members aren’t just studying dance; they are preparing for a career in the entertainment industry.
Through a rigorous conservatory model, our dancers master elite technique while gaining a comprehensive education in dance history, industry professionalism, and nonprofit operations.
A Conservatory Lifestyle
We believe that professional artistry requires a dedicated lifestyle. To accommodate our high-level training and industry opportunities, the Golden Chrysalises is a daytime program designed for homeschooled students.
Our Curriculum Includes:
Elite Technique: Mastery-level classes in Tap, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Jazz.
Industry Readiness: Dance history, professional ethics, and portfolio building.
Leadership: Hands-on experience in the inner workings of a nonprofit studio.
We are committed to removing barriers for autistic artists. All current Golden Chrysalises dancers attend on scholarship, and those participating in our internship program are paid for their leadership and work within the studio.
Admission Placement in the Golden Chrysalises is exclusive and is by approval of the Founder and Autistic Wings leadership only. We look for dancers with elite technique, a professional drive, and a family commitment to the "Founding" vision of our company.
